We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style. First, read through our Returns& Exchanges Policy, then we’ll get the ball roll’n!

We provide a wide variety of merchandise including books, devotionals, T-shirts, journals, and jewelry. We are a direct-to-consumer brand and sell products that all signify spiritual protection and confidence. We will always strive to provide an excess of relevant information for every product on our site because we know being a survivor is a life-long commitment.

Returns & Exchanges& Refunds

We do not offer refunds on items received in good condition. Depending on the reason for requesting a return, you may be eligible for store credit or an exchange for the same product.

  • Returns:

    Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date the package was delivered, we cannot offer you a return for exchange or store credit. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (All tags should be in good condition and remain on the product and the item (s) returned in their original packaging)

    If your product was not as discussed in your order, a replacement product will be sent upon request at no additional cost to you.There are certain situations where no returns are granted: (if applicable)

  • Items Not Eligible for Store Credit or Exchanges:
    • Items marked as final sale.
    • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
    • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
    • Returns received after 14 days of the original order shipment date.
    • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
    • Gift Cards
    • Downloadable products
    • Custom Items

    To complete your return, we will require your order number for reference when emailing us.

  • Exchanges:

    Love it but need a different size, color, or design? We're happy to exchange as long as that item's still in stock.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding whether we will provide a replacement product or store credit. If you have a preference for the exchange, please communicate that to us in your return request.

    We only replace items if they are not as described or damaged.

    To return your product for exchange, you must mail your product to us: The Justus Love Corporation PO Box 5433, Victoria, Texas 77903; include your order number on the envelope or package.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item back to us, we suggest using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    • We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or design. We are unable to accommodate exchanges for different items at this time unless the item you are exchanging is OUT-OF- STOCK, in which case, we will send you your item of chose at equal or lesser value.
    • Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for domestic (US) customers.
    • Exchanges are free (minus your original shipping charges, we will not refund your shipping) However, we will send the exchanged item to you with no further expense.
  • Eligibility Window:

    To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 14 days of your original order shipment date (as shown on your shipping confirmation email).
