Being here on Earth is a physical presence, but spiritual experience, and your body is facilitating all of this for you.

Your body is your temple, and when you start to see yourself as your own life partner, companion and soul, you learn to express yourself through your spirit.

So, what does this mean?

It means that you get to have this amazing life filled with sacred connections. You get to feel what it’s like to have pain from having a toothache to birthing a child. You get to feel this surge of emotion known as love -- brought on by first sight or the loss of it. You get to taste food from every wonder of the world - every culture known to man - and decide what cuisine best serves you. You get to smell the roses!

This body you have been given is magnificent in every way. The power to having the most awesome life you could ever live lies within you.

However, many people get lost in the past and wrapped into a world of fear, sabotaging their own purpose here on earth. They find themselves wanting to look different, feel different, or be someone else. In the Book of Life (Psalms 139:13) it says, “You were created in your mother’s womb.” It insists that this is who you are, designed perfectly and capable to live the life you were given.

Your body is a divine gift that contains your soul. And, when you start to shift your perspective and view it as the miracle you are, you will then start to treat yourself right on the inside and allow your thoughts to manifest a proud outward appearance.

When you build a relationship with yourself that is gentle, open, and loving, you will be able to listen to what your body is communicating to you, and give it the kindness it deserves. The longest relationship you’re going to have in life is with yourself. Start treating yourself better.

You must start by complimenting yourself, investing in your dreams, and enjoying the memories you have of your past. The only influence you have is a life well lived, so when it comes to accepting your body as the most prized possession you own, balance and harmony ignite a charge of energy. This is known as the living life.

The wonders of water People are always looking for the next miraculous product for their hair, skin, and nails. However, there is only one essential nutrient you need, and its right at your fingertips: Water! Just like a car cannot function without oil, your body cannot function without water. H20 is the most important component to the body and is responsible for about 70 percent of its composition. Water moves nutrients, hormones, antibodies, and oxygen through the blood, so fill yourself up and get your engine running.

When you think food think fuel - Don’t get trapped into thinking food is good or bad for you. This doesn’t mean anything because the truth is that you will become whatever you convince yourself to be. So, if you eat something you think will make you “fat,” chances are it will. If you eat something “bad” for you, you’ve already set yourself up for failure because that choice of food makes you feel guilty. Food is pure fuel for the body, and when you consider what foods make your brain work better and feel better, go ahead and eat all of those you want.

When you hear the babble do the battle - When you’re stuck on hating yourself, it sabotages your inner dialogue. It’s like a broken record singing in the background of your head, ‘You’re no good. You’re worthless. You’re a disappointment.’The problem is that all that time you spend hating on yourself makes you feel miserable. And when you get down on yourself, your confidence, health, and dreams start to vanish. You’ve got to talk back to yourself! You have permission to create a new dialogue and interrupt the regular scheduled programming of your mind. Battle against the negative with a positive message and try walking around the house singing, ‘This little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine, let it shine, let it shine, let it shine.’

Smile and laugh out loud - The brain doesn’t know the difference between a real smile and laughter or a fake one. It just interrupts the positioning of your facial features in a way so these neurotransmitters called endorphins can be released.Smiling and laughing helps you mentally and physically. It will also help improve your quality of life. When you feel good, you forget pain, and you make all the other people around you feel better. This is most important to your spirit, so get to it and start doing things that make you smile. Better yet, surround yourself with friends and enjoy a good laugh.

The whole ultimate Cosmo Regardless of your circumstances, how you relate to the world around you defines who you are. You have to believe and know that there is only room to grow and shine from within. You hold the power because all the beauty in the universe comes from inside you. Whatever your reality is, this is a reflection of your thoughts. Whatever you see yourself as has enormous power over your life. You have to love yourself, first, before you are any good at loving or helping those around you. Reflect your best at all times and treat people the way you want to be treated. Karma is real, and what you offer to the world around you, eventually, boomerangs right back to you.
